He is survived by: his wife Pricilla Nichole Tatum; his children, Hollieanne Tatum of Owensboro, Adream Tatum of Owensboro, Odessaroze Tatum of Owensboro and Thaddeus Tatum of Owensboro; his sister Ebba Bowen (Michael) of Jacksonville, FL; his aunt Ramona Schindler; his uncle Kenny Schindler; and his former spouse Andrea Fleischmann (Andrew).
