She is survived by: her husband Stanley Smith of Smith; her son Stan Smith (Becky) of Bledsoe, KY; her great-nephews, Billy Ray and Arthur Harrison of Smith, KY; her siblings, Jack Blanton of Middletown, IN, Jean Gibson (Bill) of Berryville, VA, Berdina Hensley of Harlan, KY, Brenda Rouse of Lexington, KY, Gail Schrader (Barry) of Dallas, GA and Debbie Holets (Ray) of Bethpaige, TN; her mother-in-law Mary Smith of Smith, KY; her siblings-in-law, Raymond Smith (Frances) of Smith, KY, Donna Smith of Smith, KY and Claudetta Clem of London, KY; and her uncle Willard Shope (Billie Sue) of Harlan, KY. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews.
