She is survived by: her children, Stan Samuels, Jr. (Nancy Hostetter) of Decatur, GA, Lynn Samuels Parrott (Ray) of Cadiz, KY, Steven Samuels and Laura Samuels of Cadiz, KY; and her grandchild Jessica Oliver (Chris). She is also survived by mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and woman who was dearly loved by her family and friends.
