He is survived by: his wife Mildred Stengell Mullican; his siblings, Mary Ann Ebelhar (John), Linda Perri (John), Mike Mullican (Pam), David Mullican (Patty), Elaine Mullican (Barry Liles), Becky Hardy (Bill), Ricky Mullican (Jan) and Sarah Blincoe (Bill); his niece Rachel Maddox (Glenn); his nephew Michael Mullican, Jr. (Heather); and his grandchildren, Graylin, Sophie, Maddie, Reese and Easton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
