She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar, Sr. Smith and Lillie Fletcher Smith; and her siblings, G. W. Smith, Edgar Smith, Jr., Raymond Earl Smith, Denny Smith, Hollis Smith, Ollis Smith, James Lee Smith, Loyd Smith, Opal Smith and Benny Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Cain of New Salem; her children, Jeff Cain (Sandy) of Stanford, Tammy Cain of New Salem and Debra Rice (Shannon) of New Salem; her siblings, Lester Smith (Betty) and Peggy Coffman; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Symonds, Mikayla Snow, Makenzie Cain, Shanna Rice and Nathan Cain; and her great grandchildren, Keegan Brown, Tatum Brown, Adalee Montgomery, Tucker Symonds and Mila Symonds. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
