She was predeceased by: her parents, William Whitaker and Fannie Norton Whitaker; her husband Paul Morris McCulley; and her siblings, Chester Whitaker, Lawrence Whitaker, Robert Whitaker and Zelma Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Starnes (Paul) of Stanford, KY and Sheila Starnes (Earl) of Stanford, KY; her grandchildren, Brian Starnes (Denise), Chris Starnes (Gretchen), Rachael Poole (Aaron), Brooke Hart (Bryan) and Andrew Starnes (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Starnes, Emily Starnes, Mya Starnes, Riley Patterson, Aaden Poole, Gavyn Hart, Kyla Hart and Hudson Starnes.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be donated to The Alzheimer's Association.
