He is survived by: his wife Patricia Carter Coulter; his children, Joseph Scott Coulter of Hustonville, William Bradley Coulter (Angie) of Paris and Susan Michelle Coulter of Lebanon; his brothers, Thomas Coulter of Nashville, Sydney Coulter of Moreland, Donald Lee Coulter (Ruth) of Moreland, David Coulter (Ellie) of Massachusetts and Gary Coulter (Mary) of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Jacob Coulter, Chase Coulter, Jayden Sibley, Katherine Coulter and Noah Coulter.
