He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, William Charles Downs of Stanford and Pamela Sue Sullivan (Bobby) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Andy Miracle (Sara), Christa Shelly Lynn Downs, Candy Graham, Mandy Graham and Jacob Paul Downs; his great grandchildren, Zaydin Graham, Bobby Clay Graham of Aurora Miracle, Ala Rose Miracle, Liam Graham and Mikey Marion; and his niece Susan Jarboe Simpson.
