She was predeceased by: her parents, Oley D. Stevens and Sarah Foley Stevens; her siblings, Kenneth Stevens, Archie Stevens, Alford Stevens, Cora Ellen Privett, Joann Yocum and Easter Hale; and her close friend Robert Ray Burchett.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Burchett, Ellen Hardin (Stan), Jennifer Stevens, Katrina Gooch (Jack), Michelle Young (Terry) and Melvin Alsman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
