She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Worley and Leva Phillips Worley; and her brothers, Gary and Greg Worley. She is survived by: her children, Clayton Holmes (Lisa) of Stanford, Tracy Holmes (Scott Herron) of Campbellsville and Rachel Holmes (Kenny Whittle) of Columbia One; her sister Tracey Brown of Jamestown Six; and her grandchildren, Kevin Holmes, Morgan Holmes, Hannah Bragg, Jared Penick, Zachary Dial and Ryan Dial. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
