He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Cook and Ruby Redford Cook; and his siblings, Fredia Traylor, Ester Harris, Alfred Lee Cook and Lee Cook.
He is survived by: his son Shannon Cook (Paula) of Campbellsville; his grandchild Jayde Cook; his siblings, Glenn Cook (Linda) of Sandusky, OH, Beverly Pannell (Ray) of Bellevue, OH, Sue Sagracy of Liberty, Ronald Cook (Nene) of Liberty, Pat Cook of Danville and Teresa Beal of Liberty; and his close friend Kenny Pendygraft. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bartle Funeral Home Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
