She is survived by: her mother Mabel Poltson Releford; her sons, Adam Grizzell (Jamie) of Harrodsburg and Tim Grizzell of Georgetown, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Hunter Middleton, Brennan Middleton, Kolton Bottom and Ava Grizzell; and her siblings, Terry Releford of Danville, Kentucky and Rhonda Silverthorn (Neil) of Stanford. She is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
