He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Ollow and Hattie Mae Siler Williams; and his brothers, Earl Hartford Williams, David Cornelius Williams, Glen Franklin Williams and William Donald Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Connie Nevels (James) of Lincoln County, Kentucky; and his sister Lucy Brock of Waynesburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Fox & Friend Funeral Home (312 W Main St, Stanford, KY 40484). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Camp Nelson National Cemetery (6980 Danville Rd, Nicholasville, KY 40356).
