She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Pennington I and Ida Stewart Pennington; and her husband Walter Ray Bertram. She is survived by: her children, Tim Bertram (Sherry) of Paducah, Kentucky, Pamela Jean Bertram of Stanford and Dixie Lay (Jeff) of Stanford; her grandchildren, Matthew Schulte, Jennifer Carmicle, Leah Greasley (Mark), Mark Bertram, Tori Bertram and Tanner Bertram; her stepgranddaughter Lexi Lay; her great grandchildren, Ada Clark, Presley Applegate, Brooklyn Crafa and Owen Greasley; and her siblings, Verdis Pennington of Lexington, Stanley Pennington II of Moreland, Kentucky and Jessie Dean of Alabama.
