She is survived by: her children, Eric Givens of Louisville, KY, Dionne Givens of Stanford, KY and Kelvin Givens (Anita) of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Lorenzo Suter (April), Rachel Garrard (Phillip), D'Nai Givens, Damion Givens-Ford, Kennedi Givens, MacKenzie Givens and Nicholas Givens; her great grandchildren, Kamryn Clayton, LaVante Suter, Myan Emberton, Maxwell Garrard and Iris Garrard; her aunt Irene Gooch (Ernest); and her siblings, Barthenia Brown, Gary Brown (Pat) and Laurie Burnside. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
