He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Brown and Frances Osbourne Brown; his sons, Leonard John Brown and Michael Steven Brown; and his siblings, Grover "Buddy" Brown and Patricia Brown Key.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Brown of Stanford, KY; his sons, Sam Brown (Kim) of Harrodsburg, KY, Tony Brown (Erica) of Harrodsburg, KY and Marty Lark of Lancaster, KY; his mother-in-law Dorothy Todd of Stanford, KY; his siblings, James "Jim" Brown (Mary) of Harrodsburg, KY, Russell Brown (Helen) of Alabama and Phoebe Brown of Harrodsburg, KY; and his grandchildren, Cheyanne Brown, Colton Brown, Nicholas Lark and Kathryn Lark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
We ask that all individuals attending the services for Mr. Sam Brown wear face masks for the safety of the family and friends.
In lieu of flowers may be donated to the American Lung Association or American Heart Association.
