She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Stephens and Geraldine Richardson Stephens; her son Stephen Swift; her son-in-law Johnny Howard; and her siblings, Dale Stephens, Donnie Stephens, David Stephens, Marty Stephens, Peggy Quinn, Joann Smith and Kim Brock.
She is survived by: her daughter Stephanie Howard; her daughter-in-law Angela Swift; her siblings, Micheal Stephens and Teresa Guinn; and her grandchildren, Samantha Howard, Grace Howard, Gage Howard, Jonathan Swift, Charlie Swift and Caleb Swift. She is also survived by 33 nieces and nephews; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
