She was predeceased by: her parents, Milford Lee and Ruby Crawford Lane; her spouse Wheeler; her son Rocky Phillips; her siblings, Cloyd, Earl Franklin, Billy, Lewis "Buster", Timothy, Don "Dude", Clell Lane, Elizabeth "Monkey" Morrison, Janet Douglas and Nellie Means; and her niece Betty James.
She is survived by: her sons, Jayme (Crystal) and Rodman Phillips; her grandchildren, Kevin (LaShawna), Dustin (Mary), Tabitha, Kayla (Shane), Street and Jestie Phillips; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Chloe, Brett, Gage, Cruz, Graven, Pierce, Jace, Raelyn Lea Jade Basham and Jarek Reagen Lane Phillips; and her daughter-in-law Paula Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
