He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wiggins and Alberta Fisher Wiggins; and his brother Dorcie. He is survived by: his son Robert Lee Wiggins II (Montana) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Adrian Wiggins of Dillsboro and Aubree Gregory of Stanford; and his siblings, Richard, Avery, Milton, William, Alice and Eugina. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
