He is survived by: his parents, Roy Adams and Mary Isaacs Adams of Danville, KY; his wife Melody Adams of Stanford, KY; his children, Cadin Adams of Stanford, KY, Weylin Adams of Danville, KY and Amanda Camille Lewis of Lawrenceburg, KY; his siblings, Mike Adams (Linda) of Danville, KY, Sue Thomas (Charlie) of Danville, KY and Joy Gilbert (Isaac) of Danville, KY; and his grandson Jessie Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
