We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2019, at the age of 59, Randal Oaks (Stanford, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Arthur Oaks; his stepson Rodney Floyd, Jr.; and his sister-in-law Tina Oaks of Stanford, KY. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
