She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Godbey, Sr. and Lena Wall Godbey; her husband William David Watts; her granddaughter Isabella Celeste Shelton; and her nephew Robby Brown.
She is survived by: her children, David Watts (Tonya) of Stanford and Rhonda Shelton (Paul) of Crab Orchard; her granddaughters, Jessica Cain (Aaron) of Russell Springs, Jaden Shelton (Ryan Miller) of Stanford and Bailey Shelton of Crab Orchard; her great grandchildren, Hazel Grace Cain, Harper Mae Cain and Emery Joy Hicks; her siblings, Velma Cordier of Stanford and Russell Godbey, Jr. (Janetta) of Lancaster; and her half-sister Carolyn Reed (Larry) of Crab Orchard.
