He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Ballard and Lucille Mulligan Ballard; his great grandchild Joseph Brown; and his siblings, Marvin Ballard, Patricia Henry and Carol Henry.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Hester (Donald) of Stanford and Jeff Henry (Jean) of McKinney, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Austin Crowe, Justin Crowe and Nikki Henry; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Victors, Keeley Clontosh, Keeton Henry, Alayna Brown and Odie Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.
