He is survived by: his wife Linda Dixon Douglas; his children, Dennis Douglas (Tina) of Lincoln County, Travis Douglas (Lesa) of Lincoln County, Brandon Perry (Kayla) of Lincoln County, Jennifer Gilpin (William) of Eubank and Rhonda Dick (Mike) of Casey County; his siblings, Pauline Phillips of Junction City, Elizabeth Phillips of Alum Springs and Marshall Douglas (Wanda) of Junction City; and his grandchildren, Cody Stevens, Austin Stevens, Shane Dick, Rachel Stevens, Halie Dick, Tanner Perry, Gavin Douglas, Riley Douglas and Shelbie Perry. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
