He is survived by: his children, Debbie Ann Conway of Frankfort and Tommy Dale Curtis of Danville; his grandchildren, Eric, Aaron Curtis and Elizabeth Keeley; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Keeley, Lucy Keith and Sawyer Curtis.
