She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Wilburn and Ella Chambers Wilburn; and her siblings, Tom Wilburn, Cinda Sims, Frances Peterson, Evelyn Devine, Mary Jane Graham, Leon Wilburn and William Dewey Wilburn.
She is survived by: her husband Buford Neikirk; her sons, Steven Neikirk (Clara) of McKinney, KY and Mark Neikirk of Stanford; and her grandchildren, Matthew Neikirk, Andrew Neikirk, Megan Neikirk, Kaitlyn Patterson (Derek), Tristen Neikirk and Landon Neikirk. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
