He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling "Peanut" and Bernice Caldwell Padgett. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia Holton (Donnie), Susan Kaye Isbell (Andy) of Lancaster and Mary Fernatti Luster (Homer) of Casey County, Kentucky; the mother of his children Pauline Dick Padgett; his grandchildren, Shawn Holton, Rebecca Bradshaw (Sherman) of Danville and AJ Isbell of Lancaster; his great grandchildren, Samuel Isbell of Fulton County, Shelby Cook of Stanford and Madeline Isbell of Hustonville, Kentucky; and his brother Clinton Padgett of Eubank, Kentucky. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
