He is survived by: his parents, Donna Kay Hammon Davis of Louisville and Gary Allen Miller; his brother Jason Allen Miller (Melinda) of Louisville, Kentucky; his cousin Christopher Russell of Shepherdsville, Kentucky; and his children, George Turpin of Stanford, Tammie Cass, Michelle Grider, Brian, Amber Coyne, Johnathan Santiago, Leaveah Rhodus, Brianne Coyne, Angelique Coyne and Darren Coyne.
