He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Dean and Agnes Puckett Dean. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Dean; his sons, Larry Dean (Jill Calhoun) of Lawrenceburg, Michael Dean (Sheri) of Mt. Sterling and Justin Dean of Stanford; his grandchildren, McKenna Revel (Shane) of Mt Sterling, Breanna McGinnis (Marc), Desi Dean (Caden Richards), Shianne Dean of Danville, Baylee Dean of Mt Sterling, Shae Dean (Jes) of Lexington and Maura Dean (Charlie Casciola) of Lawrenceburg; his great grandchildren, Carter, Sereniti and Avery Dean; and his stepmother Gerri Dean of Russellville.
