He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley May Coulter and Thomas Eugene Toadvine; his wife Susan Toadvine; and his sister Tammy Toadvine. He is survived by: his children, Dalton Toadvine and Makada Maples; his grandson Grayson Tate of Stanford; and his brother Dennis Toadvine (Emily) of Gravel Switch.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home (5590 Hwy 2141, Hustonville, KY 40437). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Funeral W. L. Pruitt Funeral Home (5590 Hwy 2141, Hustonville, KY 40437).
