She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur and Onnie (Luttrell); and her siblings, Donald Ray, Joe, Inez, Yvonne, Shelby, Lorene, Christine Turpin, Darlene Staton and Iona.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Lay of Hustonville, Kentucky; her siblings, Eugene, Wade and Fostine Hamblen of Berea, Kentucky; and her nieces and nephews, Alexis Nicole Eason, Nicholas Lynn Leeman, Rosie Miller and Joe Thomas. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews; several aunts & uncles.
