She is survived by: her children, Michael Smith (Candi) of Allons, TN and Linda Smith of Stanford, KY; her siblings, Curtis Durham, Jack Johnson and Myrtle Duttera; her grandchildren, Sylvia Craig (David), Ben Smith (Rita), Amy Sims (Dustin), Jeremy Smith, Adam Smith and Chris Hurst (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Joshua Craig, Jaxson Smith, Rylee Sims, Layla Sims, Emilia Hurst and Betsy Hurst.
