With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loren Simpson of Stanford, Kentucky, born in Crab Orchard, Kentucky, who passed away on August 30, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Beckham Simpson and Geneva Simpson (Brown); and his siblings, Denver, Claude, Jack, Bennie Simpson and Faye Crews.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Simpson; his children, Eddie Simpson (Linda) and Lorna (Terry Oaks); his stepchildren, Scott Young (Peggy) and Tammy (Ricky King); his siblings, Donald Simpson and Dorothy Foster; his grandchildren, Lee Simpson (Whitney), Jeremy Simpson (Stacie), Daniel Simpson (Marisa) and Shane Oaks (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Lauren, Rylee, Georgie, Gabriel Simpson, Sarah Thompson, Natalie Simpson, Tanner, Raygan, Shayna, Jaycee Oaks and Emilee Miller; and his stepgrandchild Fifteen.
