He was predeceased by: his father Emmett Maggard; and his siblings, Emmett Lee Maggard and Sue Helen Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Sharmae Seagroves Maggard of Stanford, KY; his son Kenneth Richard Maggard of Stanford, KY; his sister Sherry Stoke (Jack) of Covington, KY; and his granddaughter Kortnee Elizabeth Maggard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
