She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Stephens (Brandon Denton) of Stanford; her stepchildren, Barrett Curlis (Niki) of Navarre, Brooke Hazlett (Billy Jack) of Stanford and Brandon Curlis (Sandra) of Stanford; her grandchildren, McKayla Taylor, Robert Stephens, Jr., Tripp Curlis, Rhett Curlis, Kelby Curlis, Olivia Coffey, Zack Hazlett, Emma Hazlett, Tate Curlis and Reed Curlis; her stepdaughter Teresa West of Stanford; and her siblings, Paul Martin (Becky) of Broughtontown, Jean Goggin of Stanford and Glenna Fabian (Rudy) of Oak Park, Illinois..
