He was predeceased by: his father Leroy "Skip" Lunsford, Jr.; and his granddaughter Peyton Paige Burkhart. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Lunsford; his fiancée Phyllis Lunsford; his siblings, Michelle Rutan (Todd), Mike Lunsford (Lisa), Steven Lunsford (Teresa) and Christopher Lunsford; his children, Keith Warren, April Hernandez (Christopher), Shania Burton (Travis), Ashley Preston (Chris), Courtney Burkhart (Scotty) and Gabriel "Gabe" Lunsford; and his pets, Baby, Coco and Bubbles. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, ten beautiful grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fox & Friend Funeral Home (312 W Main St, Stanford, KY 40484). A memorial service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
