He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Banks and Maxine Spencer Banks; and his sisters, Willa Gilbert and Georgie Cordier Todd. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Mullen Banks of Stanford, KY; his children, Tony Foreman of Stanford, KY, Lynnette Gross (Billy) of Stanford, KY and Debbie Gibson (Steven) of Harrodsburg, KY; his sister Bethel Harmon (Stan) of Danville, KY; his grandchildren, Brandon McClure, Steven Lee Gibson, Samantha Torres and T. J. Torres; and his great grandchild Lily McClure. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
