She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Taylor and Lucy Todd Taylor; her husband William Ray Hines; her sons, Gary Wayne Hines, Everett Ray Hines and Darrell Lee Hines; her siblings, Ruby Taylor, Pauline Renner, Carlos Taylor, Clarence Taylor, Charles Taylor, Everett Taylor and Johnny Taylor; her sons-in-law, Larry Brown and Jerry Brown; and her grandson Everett Ray Hines, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, William Billy Hines (Sylvia) of Stanford, KY and Brenda Brown of Florida; and her siblings, Kenneth Taylor and Ina Todd of Stanford, KY. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
