It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Allen Jr. (Stanford, Kentucky), born in Lancaster, Kentucky, who passed away on January 5, 2020, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lee Floyd, Birdie Floyd, Virginia Gordon and Happy Gordon; his aunts, Kim Floyd and Kathy March; and his uncle Tommy Floyd.
He is survived by: his mother Betty Carey (Marvin) of Stanford, KY; his children, Julian Allen of Casey County, KY, Kasey Allen of Nancy, KY, Sarah Allen of Casey and Calisha Allen of Casey County, KY; his siblings, Austin Carey (Elizabeth) of Stanford, KY, Sawyer Carey of Stanford, KY, Daniel Swinney (Frankie) of Junction City, KY, Chris Allen of Stanford, KY, Jane Star of Stanford, KY, Kyra Carey (Clayton Boyd) of Stanford, KY and Joy Floyd of Danville, KY; and his aunt Teresa Gingrass (Troy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
