He is survived by: his mother Roseanne Jacobs Hembree of Olive Branch, MS; his wife Charmane Lynn Zarder Hembree of Stanford, KY; his children, Taylor Hancock of Richmond, KY, Destiny Hopkins (Hunter) of Stanford, KY, Johnathan Cornwell of Stanford, KY, Treasa Cornwell and Steven Cornwell; his sisters, Virginia Braden (Curtis) of Waynesburg, KY and Christina Hembree; his grandson Carson-David Hopkins; his nieces, Angela Hembree White (Charlie) and Michia Hembree; his nephew Jason Hembree; his great-nephews, Houston Hembree, Nick Cook, Josiah Hembree and Colton Hembree; his great-niece Jadenn Hembree; and also Laiken Blevins.
