He was predeceased by: his parents, Sammy Estes and Anna Coffman Estes. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Ray Estes (Christine) of Brandenburg, Kentucky and Melissa Sue Estes Sanford (Jeffery) of Stanford; his grandchildren, Cameron Shane Sanford, Tanyon Riley Sanford, Kenyon Ray Sanford and Samuel Ethan Estes; his siblings, Nellus Estes (Mable) of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, Alberta Rowland of Hustonville, Kentucky and Betty Mae Estes of Hustonville, Kentucky; and the mother of his children Donna Faye Smith of Stanford. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
