He is survived by: his children, John "Junior" Dishon of Richmond, Kentucky., Rachel Dishon Hernandez of Richmond and Michelle Stamper of Stanford, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kayla Miller, Katlyn Shepherd, Ashton Daugherty, Kingston Daugherty, Hudson Bishop, Hadley Bishop, Zachary Dishon, Alex Dishon, Sarah Dishon and Keaira Harris; his great grandchildren, Alexander Peppard, Oliver Silvers, Remington Livingston, Elliana Peppard and Blakely Dishon; and his sisters, Wanda Chambers (Paul) of Danville and Linda Rogers (Belvin) of Stanford, Kentucky.
