He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Barkley. He is survived by: his wife Linda Martin Curlis of Stanford, KY; his children, Brandon Curlis (Sandra) of Stanford, KY, Barrett Curlis (Niki) of Centerville, OH, Brooke Hazlett (Billy Jack) of Stanford, KY and Pam Stephens of Stanford, KY; his sisters, Sheila Skidmore (Richard) of Jackson, TN, Ella Mae Curlis of Stanford, KY and Penny Greer (Wayne) of Stanford, KY; and his grandchildren, McKayla Taylor, Olivia Coffey, Zack Hazlett, Tate Curlis, Emma Hazlett, Robert Stephens Jr., Reed Curlis, Tripp Curlis, Rhett Curlis and Kelby Curlis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other special friends.
