He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard and Amy Inese VonLinger Hazlett. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Glen Hazlett (Jennifer) of Stanford and Rebecca Dowell (Justin) of Hustonville; his siblings, Will Hazlett of Moreland, Amy Lu Hazlett of Stanford, Helen Ingram of Stanford and Sandra Robbins (late Chuck) of McKinney; and his grandchildren, Elias, Sadie, Nora, Lyla Whitley and Ellie.
