He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilden Dale Russell and Mary Elisha Qualls Russell; and his sisters, Carrie Richards and Priscilla N. Noland. He is survived by: his wife Flora Bedwell Russell of Stanford, KY; his daughter Markie Rogers (Charles) of Stanford, KY; his brother Rodney Russell of Hustonville; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Melvin McArthur Penman and Cheyenne Rose Rogers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
