He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph, Sr. Horn and Lois James Horn; his grandparents, Leo, Dora Nicely James, Truman and Viola Douglas Horn; and his uncle Kenneth Horn.
He is survived by: his son Tyler Horn; his aunt Frances Coulter; and his siblings-in-law, Clayton Crowley, Johnny Gooch, Pam Crowley and Carol Gooch. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
