He was predeceased by: his parents, John Howard and Sadie Jackson Howard; and his wife Linda Howard. He is survived by: his children, Jesse and Christopher Howard (Tonya Greer) of Stanford; his siblings, Phyllis Howard of Lexington and Leroy Howard of Versailles; his granddaughter Shanice Howard of California; and his former wife Gwendolyn Howard of Versailles.
