He was predeceased by: his parents, David Cowan and Margaret Pleasants Cowan; and his sister Nancy A. Cowan Lynn. He is survived by: his nephew Danny Lynn (Bridgette) of Stanford; and his great-nieces, Ally Lynn and Tinley Lynn. He is also survived by several other extended family members and friends.
