He is survived by: his children, Tisha Russell (Mark) of Hustonville, Kentucky, Dwight Coontz (Patty) of Stanford, Scott Holloway (Rhonda) of Stanford, Chris Hogue (Janie) of Stanford, Craig Hogue (Lovette) of Stanford, Clifford Hogue of Stanford and Michael Saunders of Acworth, Georgia; and his sisters, Jo Ann Smith (Johnny) of Lancaster and Mazie Long (Wendell) of Stanford. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren, numerous extended family members and friends.
