He was predeceased by: his parents, Manford Tilden Carrier and Stella Smith Carrier Sandidge; his brothers, Edsel Carrier and Manford Carrier; and his brother-in-law Carl Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Salyers Carrier of Stanford, KY; his sons, Craig Kent Carrier (Trena Isaacs-Carrier) of Stanford, KY and Kevin Gene Carrier (Sarah) of Stanford, KY; his siblings, Billy Carrier (Nita), Alfreda Carrier Jenkins and Mae Carrier Harris (Ray); his stepsiblings, Bobby Sandridge and Louise Chandler (David); his sister-in-law Lois Carrier; his grandchildren, Kristen Walton, Kenton Carrier, Karson Carrier and Caleb Carrier; and his stepgranddaughter Jae Cox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
